I’ve never had a poor customer experience with Pauli Ford. The service manager is knowledgeable and the team keeps me updated with future maintenance. One of the best services is the valet service for picking up and dropping off cars. Anyone who works long hours or unpredictable hours would understand and appreciate the entire team’s commitment for excellent service. I also enjoy being able to schedule online because I think of these things at the most inconvenient times. Would highly recommend servicing your vehicle here.

I recently visited for a recall service and had my tires balanced and rotated. The team called to confirm my appointment and even offered complimentary pickup and delivery, which was incredibly convenient. They kept me informed every step of the way through calls and text updates, and my car was returned within just a couple of hours. This was my first experience with them, and I’m impressed — I’ll definitely be bringing my other car as well here in the future.

Pauli’s mobile service unit made getting my oil changed and tires rotated very convenient. The service tech was kind and informative. I just gave him my key and he took care of everything in my driveway. Highly recommend. Very satisfied.

Great service experience! Had to replace swollen lug nuts on my Cmax (and yes they really is a thing!) Pauli Ford completed the job for $130 less than another Ford dealership in the area had quoted me.
Paid all the money and trailer hitch is still not powering camper jack. Didnt solve my problem. Further investigating issues with camper. Friendly people willing to help beyond their expertise.

I received an Oil Change on my F-150. It's getting a little pricey!!! ($82.00). Not liking that! Everybody was cordial, but the price of the Oil Change is a hard pill to swallow, especially when I change the oil every 3000 miles.

Pauli Ford has exceptional customer service! They were able to service my car on the same day I called, and they fixed the problem in a timely manner. The price was fair, and everyone was friendly and helpful. I was so happy with them that I was thinking about writing them a thank you letter or bringing them donuts. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return in the future. They took the stress out of my car problem!
1-22-2025 Called dealership as we were experiencing problems with the vehicle. {BATTERY). They told me to bring it right in so that they could determine whether the issues was the battery. Was able to diagnos the problem, replace the battery and get us on our way. As usual, had great service.
